• Every additional stop, in the order you want to make it.
• The number and approximate size of bags, cases and other equipment.
• Any wheelchair, mobility, child seating or onboard toilet facility request.
• Venue access notes, coach bays, gate restrictions or a site contact if you have one.
• The lead passenger's name and a mobile number that will work on the day.

Thirty passenger seats do not automatically mean space for thirty large suitcases. Luggage compartments and interior layouts vary between coaches, so we check bags and equipment separately from the headcount.

Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and backpacks the group will bring. Add pushchairs, golf clubs, bicycles, musical instruments, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, sports bags and any other awkward item to the list. If you think a trailer may be needed, request it before booking because it is a separate arrangement and charge.

The vehicle and luggage plan should be confirmed in writing. If everything cannot be carried safely in the requested category, we may need to discuss a larger coach or another suitable arrangement.

Flying out? Set one or more collection addresses and tell us the required terminal. The agreed journey will finish at the airport's permitted coach drop-off point for that terminal. After an inbound flight, passengers follow the confirmed instructions to the permitted meeting place before the coach continues to the hotel, venue, home or other booked address. 

Send the flight number, terminal, passenger contact and luggage details. Any airport access, parking, waiting or meet-and-greet arrangement that applies should be shown in the quote.

A coach needs more room than a car or minibus. Narrow streets, low bridges, height or weight restrictions, venue gates, private roads and limited turning space can affect where it can stop. Airports, schools, stadiums and event venues may also use designated coach bays or timed access.

Give us the exact address rather than a broad area or venue name. If you have coach access instructions, a booking reference for a bay or a site contact, include it. Where the requested door is not suitable for a coach, an alternative pickup or drop-off point may need to be agreed before confirmation.
